We are NYC's premier martial arts school, offering kickboxing classes in three Manhattan locations
Kickboxing classes are scheduled at 12:15pm, 6:30pm, and 6:45pm at our locations. All classes are fast paced and exciting. The classes combine an intense workout plus practical self defense skills.
Our kickboxing curriculum combines elements of Krav Maga, Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do to form our adult program. We focus on the traditional aspects of martial arts as well as physical fitness and conditioning.

Could we be the gym that can teach people really cool technique while understanding that at the end of the day, we all just want to get in a good workout? All of our instructors are certified black belts with a passion for teaching. They know the kickboxing techniques that work, and most importantly, how to break them down in ways that make it easy for anyone to learn.
We believe in functional fitness. We train the body by using its own natural weight and resistances to sculpt and tone even the most neglected muscle groups. The best part about our cardio & circuit training methods is you don't need any fancy gym equipment or machines. Just your body. You can take what you learn here and bring it with you anywhere.
